How is Shipping Calculated?

Shipping Prices to most addresses in the entire world are based on the actual UPS rate, calculated using our warehouse's zip code (35768), your zip code, and the weight of the sauces, plus a small handling fee. If you want an approximate price, use the UPS calculator. The following weights should help:
  • Small sauces, spices & rubs (2oz to 11oz): 1 lb.
  • Most sauces, spices & rubs (12oz to 16oz): 1.75 lb.
  • Large sauces, spices & rubs (17oz to 24oz): 2.5 lb.
  • Huge sauces, spices & rubs (100oz to 168oz): 7.5 lb.
  • Pellets & grills ship freight.

Within the US, the following options are available:

UPS Next Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 3-Day Select (not available in AK or HI)
UPS Ground (not available in AK or HI)
The only exceptions are places inaccessible by ground transportation where the UPS calculator will not work.

In Canada, the following options are available:

UPS Canada Standard
UPS Worldwide Express
All Other Destinations are shipped UPS Worldwide Express
